That's hilarious! I love it when comic strips just try to be funny without political commentary.

Can't you understand: by harvesting embryonic stem cells from those unwanted embryos destined for the rubbish bin you are destroying precious human life. Of course our president used his VETO power. He will not stand for the destruction of human life.

I mean, unless those lives are in Iraq, Afghanistan, or some other Islamic nation.... wait... or I guess he is also cool with destroying human life right here in the good ole U.S. of A., given that those lives have been forfeited by a jury.

Hmmm... now that I think about it, I guess W wants to protect "potential" life (that was never going to develop into actual life in the first place) but not actual human lives.

Go figure.
