I think that there were a few cartoon shorts produced during the 80s. I just don't think that Curious George would make for a good feature-length movie. Did you see who is doing the voice of the "man in the yellow hat?"

Tell me about it, Ethan. Gays are so gross, and any movies featuring them as prominate characters are inheretintly STUPID. Did you know that many homosexuals have sex in the ass?! Disgusting! I mean, I know that some straight people do that kind of stuff, but that's okay because then it's a woman's ass! This is obviously another attempt by the gay shadow-government to convert more feeble minded youngsters to the creepy degenerate lifestyle.

Oh boy, here we are overreacting again. Offended and frightened by a viewpoint other than yours. Look, I don't hate gays, I'm not afriad of gays, I don't see them as lesser human beings. I just don't agree with what they do and how our American liberal culture says we MUST embrace what they do as correct and normal. Maybe to them what they do is normal, but to me it is not. Now, I know my view offends you, but your view offends me. Why is it everytime there is a conservative view point expressed it is considered offensive and closed-minded. The fact is, it is the exact same belief that liberals have except often inverse. When you have an opinion, I have every right to look at it just the way you look at mine. The fact is, yelling and making such accusations makes YOU look bad. Not me for expressing my opinion on the matter. Let me make it clear again. It's not the person that I dislike, it is what they do and the constant pressure from the liberal left to force people to accept homosexuality that I disagree with. What if the conservative right was a more outspoken party and was trying to commandeer your beliefs the way you are trying to steer mine? You would be outraged! Wow. Is that comment of yours beginning with, "Oh boy, here we are overreacting again." aimed at me? I'm assuming it is since fuzzy didn't mention anything about homosexuals. You might want to reread what I wrote, however. Everything I said was in agreement with you. I'm not sure why you felt the need to explode into a quick, "I don't hate gays..." defense. Nobody accused you of doing so, and they certainly didn't yell while (not) doing it. Likewise, nobody accused you of being a "close minded idiot".

Let's assume, however, that my post was sarcasm for the sake of farce.

Let's say that I disagree with your viewpoint that homosexuality is "sick" and that a movie (which I have not seen, so I cannot offer personal opinion on its merits) which invades comfort zones by placing two homosexuals in a very "macho" career is inherently stupid. Pretend for a moment that I am neither "offended" nor "frightened" by these comments, but rather find them ignorant.

As far as your political observations, I don't consider myself a liberal or a conservative. I don't believe that every opinion can be boiled down into these two categories. Years ago, it would have been considered "liberal" in this country to let blacks use the white toilet and women to vote. Years later, most of us see this as common sense (although there are many stupid people out there who don't), whether we reside on the right or the left.

As far as the "conservative right" being the more outspoken party, check the makeup of your U.S. Congress. They already are. In fact, the highest court in the land is about to get a new judge appointed by the "conservative" president, which is sure to swing rulings to the "conservative" viewpoint.
