Gallagher's younger brother used to tour under the name Gallagher Too. He did the same Gallagher material except he wasn't allowed to smash fruit.
He started smashing fruit so Leo(the original) sued him. Now he can't do any of the act.

Gallagher smashes all kinds of stuff on stage; watermelons are just the most well-known. I had never heard of Gallagher Too, but I'll take your word for it, if only because it's interesting, but not interesting enough to look up myself.
