Oh, and marketing blows. But, once I'm done with this class I'll be able to leverage my synergies by thinking outside the box while shifting a paradigm. Believe you me!

Marketing schmarketing. I had to take a class called "Organizational Theory and Behavior". It was basically sociology applied to a corporate environment and made me want to take my own life for one hour three times week.

Actually buyer's remorse would be a subset of Cognitive dissonance.
I'm fascinated by these topics, but maybe that's because I'm in advertising(local though it be). I think it's interesting that you can actually use cognitive dissonance to "push" a sale.
