Sadly, if these guys getting the "retention pay" left the company for more profitable ventures it would likely fail and it would also be a waste of the taxpayer money.
As I've said before, we're propping up an artificially inflated system. We should step back and see where it lands.
...but let me give you my assurance that these forecasts and predictions are all based on solid scientific documented evidence so you would have to be some kind of moron not to realize that every single one of them is absolutley true!
