So, yeah. I go to reboot my computer, and it looks like my motherboard died. Yeah. It blows. Especially since my work laptop is incredibly slow.

So, I've shipped the stupid thing back to Asus, I should get it back sometime before the end of time. Or something like that.

Oh well, what can you do...

Annoyed: by hardware I didn't think was too crappy
Vengance: shall be taken when I go to Taipei myself!

The time has come, my friends. The time to upgrade. Its sad that WoW was actually part of the reason I wanted to upgrade, but my good 'ol P4 3.2ghz processor was showing its age.

So I upgraded. I now have a Intel Core2Quad Q6600 processor running at 2.4ghz, a ASUS P5N-D motherboard and a GeForce 9600GT 512mb graphics card.

The machine is fast. I mean, really, really fast. I could use some new memory, but thats waaaaaaaaaaay down the line.

Anyway, just thought I would share.
