I picked this up over lunch today. The Mrs. and I will likely waste away the evening acting ridiculous in front of the television while our daughter rolls around on the floor and laughs.

I also resisted an incredible urge to pick up the World of Warcraft expansion. I want it. Oh, how I want it.

And yet, I don't. There are enough distractions at the moment without adding that to the mix (for today, anyway...)

Edit: The Morning After. My opinion is starting to change.

Okay, so I'm already making plans to buy this damn thing.

Two models 4GB - $500 and 8GB - $600

It's not out until June, so that will give me some time to get over the awe factor and decide if I really really want it. (I will). I mean, Jesus! Look at the damn thing!

I'm glad I've held off on buying both an iPod and a new phone for the past 2 years.

No update on the Mac whatsoever? Hmmm. I had really hoped for more information on Leopard.

I hope beyond all hope that Apple does not release a cell phone tomorrow.

Based on shear speculation the buzz on this thing has grown to gargantuan proportions. I want these people to cry.

I think Steve should tease it, however. Make 'em think it's the phone. Better yet, outright dismiss it in the first 5 seconds of the keynote. "We're not releasing a cell phone today. Now, on the the sales figures..."

Personally, I want to see Leopard. This version of X has something well above and beyond it's predecessors. I can feel it.

Plus my coworker's neighbor's cousin is friends with a guy who is dating a girl who's brother works at Apple, and he said that (and I quote), "Leopard is like Jesus in bit form."
