I got to take time off to watch his speech with my boss. He definitely gives a better speech than either Bush. I equate Obama with Clinton as far as speaking goes. He is probably a little better. I say the best presidential speaker in my lifetime was Reagan, although his inaugural address was not the best.. JFK's inaugural address was probably the best of the last century.
