Yeah, it seemed tired. The guy is nearly 60 trying to do a character that he originated when he was 30. However, it was nice seeing an audience composed of different elements of his fan base. The children that he entertained are old enough now to appreciate the PG-13 humor that launched his career alongside those that remember the original show. It felt a bit redemptive for the backlash he suffered through in the 90s. Like I said, only the bit about the ring actually cracked me up. The rest of it just made me smile, but that's enough for me to recommend it.
