i should probably buy some new work shoes. the outside edge of the soles on the bottom are worn down so my boots are at an angle.

rupert and misty (2 cats) don't get along w/ pierre (other cat). misty will sit at one edge of the door and make low rumbly growls and hiss, and rupert sits at the other edge and makes exorcist noises (literally). pierre can't make any kind of growling or hissing noise (we think his throat was damaged before we got him from the spca), so he just sticks his paw under the slit between the door and the floor. it goes under the door, and on the other side of the door, you can see a tuft of fur on the edge of his paw, and that's as far as he can stick his paw. he never actually gets it all the way under the door, and he never gets to actually swipe at the other cats, but he always tries to stick the paw under everyday nonetheless. it's funny everytime i see him do it even though it's an everyday thing.
