fuzmeister: The Intern
Tomorrow I have an interview at Cool 101.7 / WCCL-FM in downtown Johnstown. It's not for an actual career, but rather for an internship. I don't know what this means - for all I know, I could be getting the DJs' coffee. Either way, the format for this station is oldies. If I do get any say on what goes on the air, I'm going to pull for some of my favorites: Beatles, Rolling Stones, Cream, The Hollies, The Kinks - just to name a few. I'm psyched.
Mood: Hungry
Music: Social Distortion - Cold Feelings

Which is why radio generally is stale. The "alternative" station I (sporadically) listen to in KC has taken to playing a lot of Jack Johnson and Depeche Mode wanna-bees. Just like every other station.
I guess it's better than the market I moved here from. There the advertising dollars went to the country stations. Yeee-haw!
Good luck with the interview, though!
