I drink Metamucil (well, actually the Kirkland Signature knockoff)
Kirkland Signature is my favorite brand for anything.
I was always skinny, even through my 30s, but my metabolism finally gave out after 40. Managing calories and exercise is hard habit to pick up late in life.
Balding and graying are both happening. I'm taking steps to slow one, but it's still up in the air whether I'll manage a full head of gray hair.
Whenever I feel old I remember that I've got a long way to retirement and remind myself that I'm just not young.
