My neighbor Ed came over today. I always thought he was a cool cat because he knows a lot about sound production - something that I am very interested in. However, I haven't seen Ed in a while since I was away at university. I hadn't talked to him since his motorcycle accident. It was subtle, but I could tell a big difference in his personality. It sort of made me sad; how little control we really do have over who we are. Today is Christmas Eve though, so it's no time to focus on bad stuff (or so I'm told).
