So this weekend, Kate, myself, and the gang might attempt to see this. I saw the trailer months ago and my opinions have remained unchanged - it could be freaking amazing or terribly insulting. As a huge Beatles fan, any film seemingly using Beatles music as the basis for its story doesn't seem like it would be bad (albeit not terribly cohesive). I'm not too thrilled to have seen Bono from U2 singing I Am The Walrus and looking like a tool in one of the film clips, but I'll reserve my judgment for the final product.

Mood: Not bad.

... But being out of college has made me at least want to read something intelligent. Tonight, I stopped in at Borders at the mall and special ordered Going Home: Jesus and Buddha as Brothers by Nhat Hahn and Everything and Nothing by Jorge Luis Borges. I heard about these books in two separate places and I impulsively moved towards getting both to read. Both are relatively short, so if they suck, it's not a total waste of time.
