fuzmeister: Fleeting Moments of Internet Social Interaction
So I'm sitting here in the Expressway Inn Bismarck making use of their fine wireless internet. It's actually quite atrocious considering how much faster things were at the state capital today. North Dakota seems like a pretty "what you see is what you get" state. It hasn't been too hot which doesn't really matter anyway considering I am sitting in meetings all day long.
I checked my e-mail this morning to see that I had a
Facebook friend request from the one and only Hannes Tirén who did the pixel art for
Iceman DX back in 2004. If he's interested, I might enlist his help in doing artwork for what may become the final S+F Software project. I haven't really said too much about my feelings regarding that - another day, perhaps.
The clouds over Bismarck are beautiful right now - it's not quite dusk, but you can tell that the sky wants it to be. I got to thinking about possible artwork for the second album and I had a few ideas.
I really like the idea of the booklet's centerfold I realized that my idea for the booklet's centerfold was basically the same as the cover to Midtown's
Forget What You Know. Funny considering I don't remember ever hearing that band before (though I do recall seeing that release in a Border's book store during summer of 2004). I don't even know if the record's going to have a booklet yet. Hell, I don't know how it's going to get recorded just yet. All I know is the response to my demos has been
great so far!
