So I think I seriously screwed up my back last week. It started on Tuesday of last week after sitting in an odd position playing Guitar Hero II with a co-worker during a social activity at work. I have to say that for a while it was the worst lower back pain I've ever experienced - I think it may be this. According to the web sites I've read, symptoms should cease in about another week for me. Jeez.

Looks like it will be a fun couple of days.

It was almost three years ago when we went to Milwaukee. I watched the unreleased documentary today. It made me realize how far we came for a dream and how flat the line of progress has truly become. I e-mailed Bado tonight. It always felt like he was the ticket our group needed. Seeing myself three years ago so filled with adrenaline that everything was funny and equally as frightening made me quake. It shouldn't have ended up like this.

We slipped and fell. Now we're stuck in a puddle.

Treading water isn't good. In fact, it's exhausting.
