I found this through the circles I travel in (aka web sites I visit). It covers the NES years and is in QuickTime format (not YouTube for once). I found some of the stuff interesting about Zelda II. Even though this game gets such a bad rap, I would really like to sit down and play through it someday. Maybe I'll download it for the virtual console on Wii once I get one of those.

And speaking of Zelda and Wii, Twilight Princess is going to be the shizzle for my whizzle... metaphorically speaking.

Yesterday, I indulged in some capitalism with m'dear lady as we bought "stuff." Anything really. Everything from new boxers to Cheez-It crackers. Regardless, I stopped by wal-mart much later in the day and they had season one of Smallville for 15$. I figured that I liked the show enough to spend that amount on the first season. I'm not sure if Wal-mart screwed up their pricing or what, but I'm happy while watching that, wearing new boxers, and eating cheese crackers.

Two things:

1. Google bought YouTube for 1.65 billion dollars. Wow.
2. Secondly, Tower Records is closing. I guess they're blaming it on the iPod Generation, but I can't imagine that's the main factor. Too bad too... I always liked Tower Records.
