fuzmeister: Two Mentions
Since almost every major news outlet in America appeared to be ignorant to the fact that today is the anniversary of D-Day, I thought I'd mention it here. My late grandfather was in France storming Normandy Beach sixty two years ago. It blows my mind that Paris Hilton made the front page for her single leaking, but this historical event's anniversary is no where to be found. Shame on you, America.

In other sad news, Billy Preston has (just today) passed away after a long battle with malignant hypertension. Preston played organ on several of the last Beatles record and, most recently on the track "Warlocks" from the new Red Hot Chili Peppers album Stadium Arcadium.

God rest his soul and those of American media outlets.

Dan Loosen has announced on the Midwest Gaming Classic web site that the GOAT Store will be selling the 100 autographed copies of Inhabitants DC at this year's convention! The copies were signed by Brandon and myself in May of 2004.

fuzmeister: Dance The Night Away

So I got Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix tonight at EB Games. They got, like, five in this week and sold three already (including my copy). This game is pretty rare and, if you remember my previous post from months ago, it was going on eBay for $150 after it got discontinued. I guess Nintendo isn't doing a second run of the game, but they are releasing all of the remaining copies of the game with better dance pads. From what I heard the quality of the pads didn't satisfy Nintendo and that was why it was discontinued so soon after its October release. Over all, I like it so far.

Brandon, I know is a DDR fiend, so maybe we could have a dance-off or something sometime.

Love to all,
Steve

So, I'm trying to figure out image replacement in CSS witihout using tags like H1. During my search, I found something called Smiley Elementary School. I sure do pity the kids that go to this terribly named institution. I worked half a shift today at my internship because I'm dead tired and have to work at the television station from 4pm 'til midnight. Ugh.

I'm hopefully going to upload a staff retrospective of the Midwest Gaming Classic (2004) tonight after Brandon forwards me his text. It'll be interesting, so be sure to read it.
